This gentleman (sounds funny calling my husband that) needed a headshot for a sales presentation. He is a Control Store Manager for PPG. The first image is his official headshot for PPG.
However, he has a lot of personality so I had to include the black and white image, showing off some of his expressions, and the very last image that he's decided I should title "Slaying the Competition."
Leopold is looking for a quiet and peaceful forever home. He likes to be petted and relaxed, but isn't very fond of quick movements or loud noises. If you would like to snuggle Leopold forever, contact Michigan Humane Society Rochester Hills Center and ask for Pet ID#824213.
Praline has the most unique markings. I love her little white specks on her nose. It's as if she had her nose stuffed in a bag of powdered sugar chrusciki (Polish Angel Wings). She also is one of the sweetest and most laid back little ladies. If you can give Praline a home, contact the Michigan Humane Society Rochester Hills Center and ask for pet ID#827113
Spring has finally arrived in Michigan. Even though the calendar said it was Spring almost a month ago, the weather said it was not. To enjoy this lovely day, I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to pack and head out for a mountain biking photoshoot at sunrise. There was a chill in the air, but a promise of sunshine and warmth as the day progressed.
The sunrise, unfortunately, was not very colorful because there was not one cloud in the sky. However, we took advantage of the light hitting the trees as the sun rose, turning the background to fire.
I was happy to spend time hiking in nature and photographing one of my favorite sports with my friend Michael of Michael Falk Photography and fellow mountain biker, Jeff.
Sometimes when photographing adventure sports, it's not the action that makes the shot, but the moments between. Here in the early morning, a mountain biker carries his bike up the ruins of Sheldon Estate on his way to biking through the trails and crumbled estate foundation.
This kitten is so darn spunky! He was climbing over everything, exploring, pouncing, playing with a ball, kicking himself in the head. He was a lot of fun to photograph. His family has lots of fun playing with him and it's obvious he likes to play back.
Butterfly is a natural at modeling. She strikes a pose with the best of them. She is in need of a forever home. If you are interested in adopting her, contact the Michigan Humane Society Rochester Hills Center and ask for pet ID#825813. Oh my goodness! I am squealing over the cuteness! This is Lonestar. He's an 8 week old kitten and is absolutely beautiful! His family is going to have a lifetime of fun because this little guy is full if spit and vinegar. I can't get enough of his grey blue eyes, either. What a little stunner.
I am a Warren, MI based photographer.
