There's a lot of beauty in simplicity. A simple, sheer fabric, a willing model, and a lovely light sky make for a simple, yet powerful concept. I used one speed light to light Zack so that he wouldn't be silhouetted against the bright sky. The speed light also ensured that I didn't lose any of the light, wispy clouds that were present in the sky. While this works without a ton of detail, I didn't want to lose detail, either. I had to create a balance and the speed light helped to bring out the subtleties.
